So, I thought I should finally post some of my prom pictures. I’ll post my senior photos later!

My birthday was May 24th. I have been, sadly, way too busy to get on here.
Today I came back from Austin. I went to see X Factor live. Overall, it was entertaining, but it didn’t compare to the previous time.
Last time, there were better acts and I had better seating.
I would have to say the biggest disappointment was Britney Spears. She was the reason I was there. The same could be said for many who attended.
I grew up listening to her music. “…Baby One More Time” was the first album I ever owned. She, alongside Michael Jackson, is my favorite singer.
With this being said, you can imagine my reaction, along with other die-hard fans, when Britney sprinted out of the room as soon as the taping came to a halt. She didn’t even pause to smile and wave. SHE SPRINTED. I found it VERY disrespectful. The entire show you could tell she did not want to be there. The sad part is that Austin was X Factor’s first stop.
Anyways, on a more positive note, I found out that I am going to see Cirque Du Soleil’s Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour on June 26th. I have been wanting to see this since I heard rumors of it being planned two years ago! I didn’t think my mother would actually remember or buy me a ticket.
More good news, I graduate in 6 days! I cannot believe how time flew. I have been waiting for this day for 12 years and it has finally arrived. I am ready, but I will use this upcoming week to reminisce all that I am leaving behind. I will do this, because, once I leave this all behind, I am not returning. I am anew.
AGAIN, more good news…Young Life camp and work crew is approaching quickly. I will be at Frontier Ranch, June 30-July 8, as my last year as a camper. Then, July 14-August 10 I will be at Crooked Creek for my first year doing work crew. I am SO pumped.
AFTER ALL OF THIS, I will be Denton bound for my first year at UNT.
So, I felt I should share all this, because the most good news I have received in a LONG time.
